Our company began as an antique shop in the home of Mark and Cleo Will. They expanded
from antiques to antique reproductions and began the wholesale business in the basement
of their home and did shipping from the garage; this led to the formation in 1952 of Will's Company.
They began wholesaling gift and floral products to the Upper Midwest dealers. Upon growing, they
moved the offices and warehouse to downtown Waseca. Mark was also a charter member of
UMAGA-Upper Midwest Area Gift Association.
In 1973, Richard M. Will, their son, purchased and incorporated the company and expanded to a larger trade area. As the business grew, more sales representatives were hired and we began showing at the Minneapolis Gift Market. With the success of our product, it has led to distributing, developing and importing our own products. The Will's Company, Inc. is a nationwide distributor of gift and floral products. In 2003 Eric Will and Tracy Will-Pomeroy purchased the company from their father. Currently, we have twenty sales representatives in the field covering fourteen states. We offer a 2200 item product line. Our main showroom is in Minnetonka, Minnesota at the Minneapolis Gift Market and we also show at the Denver Gift Market. Our main offices and warehouses (including showroom) are located in Waseca, Minnesota - 70 miles south of the Twin Cities. In Waseca, we have three warehouses and strive to achieve a good balance of stock to fill our orders. We continually add new merchandise and are currently expanding our floral and home decor segment. To continue the strength of a family owned business, we strive to offer great products at competitive prices. We want to be a partner in the success of your business and ours.
